My philosophy is simple: protect my team’s focus while multiplying their impact. I start each day reviewing PRs to unblock progress, then triage incoming issues so my team stays in flow. When Product needs answers, I’ve already built the trust and processes to surface unknowns early through technical requirement docs. I take on the complex queries and firefighting myself, but deliberately leave growth opportunities for my engineers. The result? Teams that ship consistently because they trust I’ll handle the chaos while they handle the code.
