Hey Everyone,
Been a bit busy lately at work. We are a small team at HYFN and we have tons of work for great clients. Although the work I have been assigned is currently tied to an NDA, I can say that I have been doing alot with Front-End development in Actionscript 3.0.
Soon I hope to begin work on my personal site alvincrespo.com where I will write about the techniques I use to create reusable code. I have learned quite a bit in my past 3 month at HYFN and believe that the techniques I have learned can be used by the flash community by importing such libraries into their own projects.
Ive also been working on planning two web applications that can redefine the way people use the web. Ive always been a huge fan of video games because they create a feeling of achievement, something we always like to feel. Applying such concepts has started to pick up, StackOverflow being one of the few websites that implement such features in a fun way. I’m planning on using this concept for the ideas I have in mind. This summer is dedicated to planning and perfecting these concepts to deliver rich and meaningful experiences to the user.
